The soothing blend features Vitamins C and E-rich Aloe Vera, which works to hydrate the skin and aid in cellular renewal, while anti-inflammatory Willow Bark extract calms redness and keeps excess oils at bay, helping makeup last all day.

I've been on the hunt for a good mattifying primer that doesn’t dry out my skin, but that controls the shine. Inika Organic Matte Perfection Primer feels lightweight going on, smooths out my skin, and keeps shine under control without making my face feel tight or flaky. I have sensitive, combination skin, and this helps keep my T-zone in check while still feeling comfortable everywhere else. Above all else, I was looking for a product that is natural - free from harsh chemicals, and this one has no nasties. If you’re after a natural-feeling, matte primer with natural ingredients, at a reasonable price point, give this a go.

This is a light primer, I love using it when I do a minimal makeup as it helps keep the oil in control.
