KIN Loyalty & Rewards Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the INIKA Organic Rewards Program (“Program”), operated by Total Beauty Network UK Ltd, trading as INIKA Organic (“INIKA Organic”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Eligibility & Membership

The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who are residents of the United Kingdom.
To participate, customers must create an account at our UK-online store www.inikaorganic.co.uk. Membership is free. Only one account per person is permitted.

 

2. Earning Points

Points are earned on eligible purchases made through the INIKA Organic UK online store. In addition, Points may be earned by completing designated activities such as: creating an account, referring a friend, submitting a product review, or following INIKA Organic on social media (these activities may change from time to time).
Points are not earned on clearance or sale items (unless explicitly stated), shipping fees, gift cards or vouchers, or any applicable UK taxes (e.g., VAT).
INIKA Organic reserves the right to adjust, cancel, or reverse Points if they were not properly issued or were obtained through fraudulent or improper means.

3. Redeeming Points

Points can be redeemed for discounts off eligible purchases at checkout on the INIKA Organic UK website, in accordance with the redemption rules we publish. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, credit (unless expressly permitted) or gift cards.
Redemption is subject to availability, and INIKA Organic may from time to time exclude certain products, categories or promotional items from redemption.

4. Tiers

The Program includes three tiers: Kind, Kinder, and Kindest.
Your tier status is determined by your eligible spend within a rolling 12-month period (or as otherwise published). Tier benefits may include additional earning rates, early access, exclusive offers or other privileges. Tier thresholds and benefits are set by INIKA Organic and may be updated at our discretion.

5. Expiration of Points

Points will normally expire 12 months after they are earned unless redeemed earlier (unless otherwise specified in a promotional period).
Prior to expiration we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email) so that you have an opportunity to redeem your Points. Expired Points will be removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership of the Program if we reasonably believe that you have:

  • Breached these Terms & Conditions, or

  • Misused the Program, or

  • Engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.

For clarity, “misuse” includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts, providing false or misleading information, or attempting to manipulate the earning or redemption of Points.
If your account is terminated, all accrued Points and rewards will be forfeited. We will provide you with reasonable notice where possible, unless the termination relates to fraud or unlawful activity.

 

7. Changes to the Program

INIKA Organic may at any time modify, suspend or terminate the Program (including the structure, benefits, tiers or Points) by providing reasonable prior notice (we aim for at least 30 days for material changes) via our website or by email.
If the Program is terminated, we will provide you with a reasonable period (at least 30 days) to redeem any outstanding Points, after which any unredeemed Points will be forfeited.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, INIKA Organic will not be liable for any technical errors, delays or failures arising in connection with the Program.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related regulations).
In no event will INIKA Organic be liable for any indirect, special, punitive or consequential loss or damage arising from your participation in the Program.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales (or optionally, Scotland or Northern Ireland if you prefer). Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

10. Privacy & Data Use

By participating in the Program, you consent to INIKA Organic collecting and using your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This may include using your information to administer the Program, send you rewards, offers and communications, and personalise your experience.
We will handle your personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
