"I do think this product is helping with my fine lines around my eyes. It also is soothing when you apply with the applicator. It is cold to the touch & feels good to the under eye area. I also have trouble with puffiness under the eyes and dark circles. I am not sure if it is helping with these things. I love the smell as well. Great products and I believe I will purchase again."
